"Offseason" is not in our dictionary
For us at Nordic Visitor there is no offseason. This winter we offer an array of tours to the northernmost areas of Scandinavia, Iceland and Greenland.
The contrast between the seasons is nowhere sharper than in the Nordic countries. Nature seems to undergo a gradual metamorphosis when the summer´s midnight sun dwindles, trees shed their leaves, and animals work around the clock to prepare for harder times with a frozen soil covered by a blanket of snow. In the autumn and winter months the North is a spectacle without comparison. Northern lights electrify the skies with amazing dance routines as winter sets in, and for those wanting to explore the land, cars must often be replaced by dog sleds and snowmobiles.
