Skills and experience
The ideal candidate is an energetic, service-oriented and positive-minded individual with proven experience in sales and the Irish travel industry. A travel consultant at Nordic Visitor must be able to work both independently and as an active team member. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as an insider’s knowledge of travel and tourism trends in Ireland.
- Excellent spoken and written English (other languages are a plus)
- Education and/or experience relevant to the position
- Experience with the Irish tourism industry
- Knowledge of the tourism industries of Scotland and England is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive and service-oriented disposition
- Must be able to work flexible hours if needed
- Strong computer skills
