Friendly, helpful and accommodating
I found all Nordic Visitor staff I had email contact with very friendly, helpful and accommodating. When there were issues with the invoice, staff were helpful and understanding and the situation was sorted out easily. Staff responded quickly to emails
and were always ready if we had questions. Good on you, keep it up!

Professionalism and friendliness
In my conversations with other people especially during the Christmas celebration at Hraunsnef, many people had booked through Nordic Visitor and as far as I know ALL were extremely happy with the service provided. The attention to detail was excellent...eg I received a map of Iceland with my complete route highlighted, including dates of accommodation, possible places of interest and alternate routes (weather permitting). Someone had gone to great lengths to do all that. When I re-visted the office to thank Kristin personally for her efforts, I saw a colleague preparing someone else's map in the same way as mine... I thanked him for doing mine too. It was a great help as the GPS didn't always know where she was! And a visual aid is always welcome. In my many emails preceding my tour, Kristin was extremely patient and professional. During my three visits to the Nordic Visitor office I thought that that sense of professionalism and friendliness pervaded throughout by all employees!

Excellent travel consultant
I am very happy with the service received from Nordic Visitor, the pick-ups at airports and hotels really took a lot of stress out of the trip, the travel consultant was excellent and very helpful during the many times I changed the trip beforehand.
