FLEXIBLE BOOKING POLICY

To help you Book With Confidence, we’ve answered commonly asked questions about our booking policy here.

If you have cancellation insurance with us, your payment is protected.

You can decide to rebook your tour, on one occasion, without any change fees. Or if you need to cancel for any reason, you’ll receive a partial refund and travel credit as follows:

  • With more than 72 hours notice before your scheduled tour arrival date, your deposit will be held as a travel credit and the remaining will be refunded to you.
  • With less than 72 hours’ notice before your scheduled tour arrival date, 50% will be held as travel credit with the remaining 50% refunded to you.

If you do not have cancellation insurance with us, normal booking terms apply and we recommend you check with your private travel insurance provider.

We are continuously monitoring the safety of all our destinations and share the latest information on our Travel Updates page.

We value the safety of our customers and staff, so our decisions are based on the advice of official advisories such as the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as the EU and national governments, when it comes to safe leisure travel.

To find out where you can go on holiday, follow the guidance of local and international travel advisories. They have information on the rules and regulations around leisure (or 'non-essential') travel, including quarantine laws.

We also recommend you to keep up to date with the official advice from WHO (the World Health Organization).

In general, we always recommend all travellers to get comprehensive personal travel insurance. Travel insurance provides another level of protection for you while you travel, and may cover costs due to flight delays or cancellations, lost luggage, healthcare, etc. Plus, if you are from an EEA country, we advise that you bring your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) with you.

We are already taking 2023 bookings for most of our destinations. Some tours are also open for 2024.

Your health and safety, and that of our employees, has always been our top priority. That’s why we’ve been proactive in implementing new health protocols across our tours, in line with local laws and regulations regarding Covid-19.

Increased cleaning, availability of hand sanitiser, and social distancing are the three key measures we are enforcing to keep our customers safe.

To maintain our high safety standards, we ensure that all our guides and suppliers carry out specialised Covid-19 health and hygiene training. Every element of your Nordic Visitor tour has been checked for safety, including your accommodation, transport, activities, and any restaurant meals that are part of your package.

Our key advice is that you follow government guidelines relating to travelling safely. We also recommend that all customers take out travel insurance for extra security.
