Our experience with NV has been a joy. Alda has been terrific and very accommodating to our needs and we could not have asked for more from you or her. 

While I suppose most people are interested in the large cities, we generally prefer smaller towns like Vadstena. I am not sure you could fashion a "small town," or "country" tour, but after Stockholm we much preferred the smaller towns. This was our second trip with Nordic Visitor, the first being Iceland two years ago. We loved both and have recommended Nordic Visitor to a number of our friends. Well done.

Mikael provided superb customer service. Very pleased with his attention to detail. He was very courteous and quite helpful.

All of our hotels were much higher quality than we would have booked ourselves. They were wonderful and the breakfasts were fabulous. The personnel were so friendly and often went out of their way to help. We appreciated the markings on the maps. The only bit of complaint we had was that the young man at the car rental did not give very good directions to the car garage. It was hard for my husband to walk that far. We should have called a taxi. The GPS in the car gave good directions. My husband was not used to the gas saving engine shut off and he thought there was something wrong with the car. I presumed it was to save gas, and he finally got used to it. The best part was that we found where my grandparents had lived and were born. Thank you for giving us extra time in the locations where we needed to hunt. 

Thanks for all your answers ahead of time and for working out the details. The trip was wonderful and the adventure of a lifetime for our age.

The location of the hotels could not have been better - all centrally located with access to points of interest and public transport. Transportation between cities was also well-planned.

Everything was well prepared and organized. The rental car and accommodations exceeded our expectations.The dinners were wonderful and the hotel hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Cecelia was always available to answer questions. We had a remarkable time and the tour and also reserved extra accommodations for us as we didn't start the tour at the Arlanda airport but came by train from Gothenburg. We were so pleased to have travelled through the Swedish countryside and this was the best part of our time in Sweden!
