Nyhavn is perhaps Copenhagen’s most widely-recognised attraction-- the famous canal lined with colourful old buildings, sailboats and sunny waterfront cafes that has been featured in countless postcards and travel blogs. Formerly a seedy area full of rowdy sailors and brothels, Nyhavn is now a popular spot for dinner, drinks or coffee while doing a bit of people-watching in nice weather.
