Incredible doesn't even begin to touch on it. Ireland was one of my Mom's wishlist travel destinations and start to finish, Michelle had us covered for everything - even rescheduling one of the tours that we missed because of plane delays right on the spot. All the sights we wanted to see, all the cities we wanted to visit, with breakfasts in every hotel along the way. Communication was top notch, mom's still looking over the hand-annotated map and the 80 page handbook of "things to see along your route" that we got. Can't say enough good things and will definitely use NV again in the future.

Everything went exactly as planned. The extras that we added went perfectly. Our guide, Reynir, was top notch. All transportation needs were taken care of and on time. The tour around the country was done at a reasonable pace, with plenty of stops along the way. The hotels and meals were excellent. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Nordic Visitor.

Nordic Visitor did an outstanding job for us. From start to finish, our trip was well planned by Eve and Jana. They answered all our questions and made sure we had the right dates and correct documents for all our stays in both Scotland and Ireland.

Clarence did a wonderful job booking our tour. Margret took over when he went on family leave and the process was seamless. The transportation was comfortable. All of the accommodations were wonderful and the food was great. We really enjoyed our time with our tour guide, Reynir.

Ours was a 10 day 9 night tour of Switzerland. The whole itinerary was planned in detail with points of interest along the way if we wished to break the journey at any time. Our consultant Maria was readily accessible if needed. All the hotels were well located and of 4 star quality with in house restaurants which was very handy at the end of some long - but lovely - days.Switzerland has much to offer and our itinerary allowed us access to many highlights, The Matterhorn, Jungfrau, lakes, waterfalls and much more besides.

My wife and I started to organise our Scotland and Ireland tour ourselves, however in the end decided to go with Nordic, and were glad we did. Our tour consultant Jana was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, we were able to customise our tour easily and, when we had a slight issue mid tour, our consultant fixed the problem and provided an accommodation upgrade for a couple of nights. Hotels (we had the comfort level) were good, as were the hire cars etc. The information package provided, including detailed itinerary notes, map and all the vouchers, all worked seamlessly.I know you pay for all the service and flexibility provided by Nordic, however in our case where we covered many miles and stayed in many hotels, it was worth it !

We did the Northern Lights Circle Tour, which gave us a wonderful taste of Iceland. The small group tour format was great fun - small enough to get to know our fellow travellers. Our driver/guide was very knowledgable and concscious of our safety throughout. Very good hotels, generally seemed to be the best in each location. Consistently very good food, including consideration of our specific dietary requirements everywhere. Spectacular destinations, with a good amount of time at each location for site seeing/photography. Good transfer arrangements to/from Kefalvik airport. Nordic Visitor (NV) was easy to deal with before and throughout the tour. NV was also very responsive when we were impacted by severe weather. Will travel with NV again.

Our travel consultant, Maria, was wonderful. I would give her 5 stars. We had some issues with Hertz in Zurich when picking the car up and when we let her know, she called them immediately. Throughout the trip she was there for us. We used comfort plus for accommodations, and the hotels were excellent. We had our son with us, so there were 3 in a room and he was comfortable as well. The excursions we picked were great. We did the Mozart dinner concert in Salzburg and Mt. Pilatus in Lucerne. Both were excellent!. Even with some rainy weather and some things closed like the passes, we still had a great time. Loved Grindelwald and Zermatt. Enjoyed Heididorf which brought back memories. We've used Nordic Visitors twice & love them.

Dagar was outstanding. He told the history, stories and answered all our questions. He pointed out some interesting sites. He always kept us informed on the weather and changes in or journey. With the help from the office, we were able to backtrack and see things that we were not able to see before. There were avalanches and we had to turn back the way we came. We always felt safe on the bus.

Our 3 day tour was so great! I cannot say enough good things about our tour guide, Asgeir. He was so informative and funny, and made sure we all had an amazing trip. The accommodations were fantastic - great rooms and food. And the activities planned were perfect for all ages and abilities!

Great trip and experience - was more relaxed than our previous trip to Norway. We may have done a few things differently now that we have experienced the tour - but as a first time in Switzerland it was a great tour. Great communication from Maria - and everything went smoothly - will use again

I had a brilliant time for my 30th birthday, we had a great group and Dagur was an awesome tour guide. He made the trip extra special with his stories and knowledge of the country.
