Couldn't be more happy with the itinerary and arrangements. All the travelling and connections went like clockwork. The hotels were all very good quality, especially enjoyed the breakfasts. Customer service was fast and efficient when required.

Our guide Erla and driver were both very friendly, helpful and courteous. The accommodation was good. The itinerary was well planned, however the minibus was a little cramped.

Amazing tour. Everything really well organised and clear from instructions prior to trip. Getting to visit Oslo, Flom and Bergen was perfect but the way travelling between them was planned, was just perfect. The optional boat trips booked independently were worth arranging and accommodation was good standard and really convenient. Railway parts of the journey were wonderful plus viewing the fiords from a boat are spectacular. Absolutely loved my trip even the rain! Seeing fiords in the rain really makes you feel you've gone in time. Communication with Nordic Visitor is excellent at every stage too. Have already recommended them to friend and would definitely use them again.

Everything ran seamlessly thanks to the detailed itinerary and corresponding paperwork, which enabled us to have a relaxing holiday. The quality of hotels, food and all services was excellent, in some cases outstanding.

This is one of my best trips ever, due to the quality of Nordic Visitor's attention to detail, our excellent tour guide, great hotels, well-planned itineraries, and a very congenial traveling group. Our tour guide in particular was so helpful with a couple of mishaps (he's a great problem solver) and full of useful and interesting information. He gave us clear directions on how the trip would unfold, didn't start our days too early, and had all the paperwork (tickets, etc.) well in hand. He made the trip flawless, despite the cold and gloomy weather and other unavoidable glitches. I would travel with him again in a heartbeat.

Our travel consultant Irja arranged everything smoothly for us, all transfers were smooth and extra activities pre planned and well organised.

A really comprehensive tour around some of the most interesting and beautiful parts of Norway, whilst still being able to do our own thing when in the locations visited. Stayed in some lovely hotels, very conveniently located and that provide some very good breakfasts.

Nordic did a great job of making the arrangements and giving us the proper paper work, reacting quickly to some necessary changes. Everything worked as planned, including a change that was better than the plan (staying in Balestrand because Flom had no accommodations left). I admit I was a little confused about the tour progress, so perhaps a graphic of the overall plan would be helpful for clients. But it all worked as planned.

The tour was excellent, and the team was able to customize our trip by adding a few days. The accommodations were excellent. The support before and during the trip was great.
