Monaco's legendary street racing circuit

Monaco is famous for being home to the world’s most glamorous and unforgiving Formula 1 race. While many venues have purpose-built tracks, Monaco does things a little differently.

Here, public roads are transformed each May into the tournament’s ultimate challenge. Streets you can walk any other day become a high-speed gauntlet where knife-edge precision separates victory from catastrophe.

Grandstands rise along Port Hercule. Luxury yachts become floating hospitality suites, their decks packed with guests sipping champagne while carbon fibre forms scream past mere metres away.

The circuit has run since 1929, making it one of motorsport’s oldest racing routes. Winning here elevates drivers to legendary status. Senna conquered it 6 times. Schumacher, 5. The narrow streets, tight corners, and complete lack of run-off areas mean mistakes can end careers, not just races.

Casino Square. The hairpin at Fairmont. The tunnel plunging dark before exploding into blinding Mediterranean light. Swimming Pool chicane where barriers kiss the harbour. Every corner has claimed champions.
